About the PiezoMEMS Workshop

The PiezoMEMS Workshop was initiated in 2010 as an industry-focused forum dedicated to piezoelectric MEMS technologies and their practical implementation. Since its inception, the workshop has evolved into a recognized international meeting point for companies, research organizations, and technology experts active across the PiezoMEMS value chain.

Hosting the PiezoMEMS Workshop 2027

The 12th PiezoMEMS Workshop will be hosted by Silicon Austria Labs in Villach, Austria. As a European research and technology organization with strong ties to industry, Silicon Austria Labs provides an ideal environment to support application-oriented research, pilot-line development, and industrial collaboration in the field of PiezoMEMS.
