Standard registration from 1 December 2026

All prices are final and include 20% VAT.

To qualify for the student fee, participants must provide a valid student ID or confirmation of full-time student status. Participants must be under 35 years of age at the time of the workshop.

Please note: The applicable registration fee is determined by the date of payment. To benefit from the Early Bird rate, payment must be completed by 30 November 2026.

To register for the Workshop, please complete the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

1. Fill in your personal data and billing information.
2. Click the Registration button, select your registration fee and confirm your registration.
3. Log in to the event platform using the credentials provided in your confirmation email and proceed with your payment online by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Registration fees must be paid in EUR using one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card – preferred option

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible using the password received upon registration. The following cards are accepted: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details, including the variable symbol, will automatically be sent to your email address after submitting the online registration form. Please note that payments without the variable symbol cannot be identified and the registration will therefore not be confirmed.

Bank transfer payments will only be accepted until 26 February 2027. After this date, payments can only be made by credit/debit card through the Online Payment System.

Any bank charges incurred in connection with the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.

FINAL INVOICE

The final invoice will automatically be sent to your email address within 14 days of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The PiezoMEMS 2027 Secretariat must be notified of any registration cancellation in writing by email at piezomems2027@guarant.cz. Cancellations by phone cannot be accepted. Any applicable refund will be processed after the Workshop.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

In case of any change to an existing registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a EUR 30 handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the Workshop due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a EUR 30 handling fee.

NAME CHANGES

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged for each name change.

Name changes must be submitted in writing to the PiezoMEMS 2027 Secretariat at piezomems2027@guarant.cz. No name changes will be possible after 16 November 2026.
